Yousefi: Crouse contributes most to increase in the automakers' production capacity by supplying of parts
1. With the start of sanctions, due to the halt of foreign partners' cooperation and restriction of supplies, Crouse has taken effective steps in Local Production Movement, and this dynamic movement is still going on.
2. With in-depth localization of parts and round the clock efforts, over the past few months Crouse has met and even exceeded the share which was agreed with carmakers due to the inability of other suppliers and manufacturers of the two major carmakers in the country.
3. With the recent increase in the daily production of Iran Khodro and SAIPA from 2500 to about 3800 units, Crouse has been the basis for increasing production for all of its parts in line with the growing automotive production program.

Crouse has so far been able to localize more than hundreds of parts needed for automotive production lines that were previously supplied from overseas, with in-depth local production and engineering knowledge of the company, also more than 10 others parts being tested and more than 10 are in the process of designing.
One of the positive features of these days for automakers is the increased daily production and completion of commercialization of incomplete cars on the factory floor, which has blocked a large amount of capital in their circulation. In November and December of last year, there were more than 100,000 incomplete cars in major automobile factories in the country, with the help of parts makers such as Crouse Company providing the necessary parts and delivering them to their owners, which helped greatly improve the car market. It has reduced inflammation.
Citing the firm's performance to supply parts to finish the incomplete cars in the factories floor, after the brutal sanctions, Ali Yousefi, sales manager for Crouse Manufacturing Co. said that: "With the start of sanctions, due to the halt of foreign partners' cooperation and restriction of supplies, Crouse has taken effective steps in Local Production Movement, and this dynamic movement is still going on.This principle has led to the localization of many advanced automotive components, reduced cost and dependency overseas."
Yousefi cited the number of parts provided by the Crouse, saying: "The deficit was due to non-commercial vehicles in car plants that were sometimes not even the commitments of Crouse Company and were to be funded by other automakers' sources, but due to problems caused by the sanctions, supplying the parts became the agenda of the Company. In this regard, Crouse has succeeded in deepening the localization of parts and with the round the clock efferts in the last few months even exceeding the agreed share with automakers due to the inability of other suppliers and manufacturers of the two major automakers. Crouse contributed to solve the problem of incomplete cars, which were faced with deficits, if it were not because of Crouse efforts, this problem could not be resolved.
Speaking of Crouse plans to supply parts for cars whose delivery deadline is the end of 2020, he stated that: "Due to the specific requirements of the standard for the delivery of cars in 2020, in addition to fully cooperating in the contractual supply of parts, and meeting the Euro 5 emission standard requirements, Crouse put the Electronic Stability Control (ECS) and so on into its agenda and has been able to supply relevant components since the beginning of 2020 in accordance with standard requirements.
Crouse sales manager pointed to increasing parts production capacity and said:" According to recent increase in the daily production of Iran Khodro and SAIPA from 2500 to about 3800 units, Crouse increased its production, based on the increase in automobile production plan.
Referring to the capability of Crouse to increase its production level after the sanctions, he said: "With the increase in the speed of production of automakers, if they reach 1.5 million annual capacity, Crouse will also increase its production capacity."
Citing the €844 million which was not paid to the auto industry, Yousefi said: "Auto makers requested The Central Bank to settle the amount in IRR. The Central Bank wanted to settle in foreign exchange according to daily rates. Ultimately, this amount was not paid to the country's auto industry."
"These facilities could have helped the country's auto industry a lot to pay off part of its debt to manufacturers to continue production," he said. Financing and equity in the part of the makers' production is another motivating factor for their production to meet their local needs. Crouse has already demanded more than 18000 billion IRR from automakers, yet it has never failed to supply them with parts, and by all means even more than the agreed share is supplying automotive parts.
On the process of parts localization by Crouse Yousefi said: "Crouse has so far been able to localize more than hundreds of parts needed in automotive production lines that were previously provided from abroad, with the depth of in localization and knowledge of engineers of the company, also another 10 parts are being tested and 10 are in the process of design, and if successful in the final tests, these parts will be available to automakers after mass production phase.
