1. Crouse Company has a high level of technology and know-how and has worked a lot on research and development
2. The company has made significant advances in the local production of auto parts
3. We have seen a strong presence of women at the Crouse Auto Part Manufacturing Enterprise, which is significant
4. In the first step to support auto part manufacturers, the government should pay more attention to the private sector
5. To encourage the private sector, we need to remove and amend cumbersome laws and barriers for manufacturers
6. If we ignore large companies such as Crouse and other private sector in the country and if they are not supported by three branches of the government, there will be also many problems in the region's economic diplomacy
Following the US hostile sanctions, the localization of advanced auto parts has been one of the most important developments in the automotive and parts manufacturing industry, with significant results. One of the best performing companies in this field is Crouse Part Manufacturing Company. In this regard, Mostafa Kavakebian, representative of Tehran, Rey, Shemiranat, Islamshahr and Pardis in Islamic Consultative Assembly (Iran Parliament) visited the production lines, design centers and industrial equipment. During this visit, Mr. Nader Sakha, CEO of the Crouse Company, alongside the executives from various departments, Productivity Management and Quality Monitoring Management  provided information and description of the Company.
Kavakebian expressed satisfaction while visiting the Crouse Company and highlighted three important points: firstly, the Crouse Company has a high level of technology and technical know-how and has done a lot of activities on research and development; in some cases research and development is still ongoing, which should be thanked and appreciated.
Commenting on the second point he stated that the Company has made significant advances in localization of auto parts, especially those parts that previously obtained from overseas but now due to the efforts of engineers and specialists are locally produced, and that these initiatives should be supported by related authorities, especially as we are in a boom year of production.
The fact that nearly 70% of the human resources are women was the third point mentioned by the member of the National Security and Foreign Policy Commission in the Islamic Consultative Assembly. "We see a strong presence of women in the Crouse Auto Manufacturing Company", he said. "I thank the shareholders of this Company for this."
Regarding the parliament's support for the auto part industry and overall support for manufacturers and industry activists, Kavakebian said: "Firstly, the government should give more attention to the private sector, even Iran Khodro and SAIPA should also move towards privatization, because the private sector has a greater motivation to create jobs and increase productivity.
Representative of Tehran, Ray, Shemiranat, Islamshahr and Pardis in the Islamic Consultative Assembly reminded that in order to encourage the private sector, we must remove or reform cumbersome laws and barriers for producers.
He pointed out: "Industrialists should take the advice of private sector activists and help address the problems created by sanctions for Companies like Crouse in parliament and help them on case-by-case basis."
"If we ignore the big companies like Crouse and other private sector in the country and if they do not receive the support from three bodies of the government, there will be a lot of problems in the region's economic diplomacy," Kavakebian said at the end of his comments.
